THE BEST FOOD FOR BREAKFAST

IS FRUIT THE BEST FOR BREAKFAST?

There are at least 10 reasons revealed in livelovefruit.com about why we should eat fruits for breakfast instead of the heavy-protein based meal (such as egg, bacon & toast) or the carbohydrate based meal (Many Asians eat rice & rice-based porridge in the morning). Studies found that consuming a heavy breakfast will prevent fat oxidation throughout the day.

Following are some of the reasons why you should eat fruit for breakfast:
- Morning time is the phase of our body detoxification. Fruit helps stimulate digestive juices in the stomach to push out the waste matter from the day before.  Fruit also helps in getting rid of the excess toxic.

- Fruit is rich in high fiber and this helps to slow down the digestive process.  The phytonutrients in fruits will tell the brain it’s satisfied and to shut off the hunger signal to the stomach. Consequently, fruits will keep you feeling full longer & help you manage your weight

- Fruit is packed with vitamins and minerals. The vitamins and minerals help your body function properly and can help prevent certain diseases and health conditions
